The new edition of the CSDP handbook has arrived in Brussels at the ESDC. 3,760 kg of knowledge about the Common Security and Defence Policy were shipped from the Austrian Armed Forces Printing Centre to the ESDC Secretariat, and on 10 May, the handbooks were unloaded and stored in the headquarters of the College. Five ESDC staff each had to carry on average 715 kg to the second floor of the building, which was a good team-building exercise.
Today, the European Union and Ukraine reaffirmed their strong partnership and shared commitment to a comprehensive reform agenda at the EU-Ukraine Summit in Brussels. The summit took place almost three years to the day of the beginning of the Maidan revolution, when Ukrainians protested on the central square in Kyiv, Maidan, demanding closer association with the EU.
The Informal Eastern Partnership (EaP) dialogue taking place on 17 November in Yerevan, Armenia brought together EU Commissioners Johannes Hahn and Carlos Moedas and the EEAS Deputy Secretary General Jean-Christophe Belliard and the Ministers and high level officials of the EaP partner countries for a high-level exchange on future developments in the Eastern Partnership and key areas of cooperation
