The Bình Dương House project focuses on creating a living space in harmony with the natural environment and social culture, while naturally meeting the needs of users. The project is a voice for environmental criteria and sustainable construction:
- Preserving eleven existing trees
- Trees are like people - have spirit and community
- Using the gaps between trees to establish human living space instead of doing the opposite
- Effective ventilation and natural lighting in living spaces
- A comfortable yet natural life
- Parallel walls as a soundproofing solution and limiting visibility from the outside - ensuring common and private spaces
- Revive a forgotten & polluted area
- Towards environmental sustainability in construction
