GRE:BLOCK was born from three pressing challenges: the smoke of rice straw burning in the Mekong Delta, the vanishing forests of precious timber, and the scarcity of truly sustainable building materials. Each block carries the story of transformation, rice straw compressed into durable, interlocking modules that assemble like flowing patterns of the Mekong itself.

They can be installed, reused, or disassembled with ease, adapting to shifting needs of modern interiors. Bridging Vietnamese craftsmanship with Europe’s most rigorous green standards. 

GRE:BLOCK emerges not only as a material, but as a practical pathway toward climate resilience, biodiversity protection, and thriving farming economies, advancing the EU Green Deal and Vietnam’s Net Zero 2050 vision.
