Medical training in Central African Republic

EUTM RCA is providing specialized health and medical education courses to contribute and develop self-sustainable FACA.

After seven months of intensive training, the trainees of The Technical Certificate of First Level in Health (CT1 Santé), organized in partnership with EUTM RCA, have completed the first part of the course, the theoretical one. They are now in a position to start their hospital practice, a period that will consolidate their knowledge for a career as nurses.

"This is a great asset in a country with such urgent needs in this field. It is with great satisfaction that we have witnessed the journey the students have made in acquiring nursing skills, which now materializes in this transition to practical training, an important pillar in consolidating the knowledge they have acquired", says Captain Marc Miranda, EUTM RCA medical instructor.

The captain is now living the satisfaction of a job well done, with the students who are very fond of him and who are deeply grateful for the way he has been able to transfer the knowledge they have acquired.

EUTM RCA has fully taken up the challenge of supporting the Central African Armed Forces in the training of the 50 students, who will become reliable medical professionals ready to come to the aid of their fellow human beings at any time.
