Another week of growth and learning in the Administrative Command Elements Programme.

Building on the success of EUTM Mozambique, who trained 11 Quick Reaction Force units, EUMAM Mozambique makes sure the Mozambican Defence Armed Forces (FADM) have the the knowledge and skills to keep these forces operational in a continuous cycle of training, operations and recuperation. This means a lot of work is done in class-rooms to master the necessary plans, products and procedures. Maybe not what you normally imagine when thinking of military action, but a strong foundation for an independent FADM and essential for long-term sustainability.
This week, EUMAM Mozambique deepened the Mozambican Defence Armed Forces (FADM) personnel understanding of the Military Decision-Making Process, explored Networks and Operating Systems, and enhanced their approach to the Lessons Learned Process.
Through collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement, FADM’s skills and readiness are strenghtened.
Let’s keep the momentum going!
