Japan’s first European photography festival in Tokyo this October ‘SEEEU 2025 – European Phinotography Month in Tokyo’

Funded by the European Union and the Arts Council Tokyo (Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture), SEEEU 2025 – European Photography Month will take place from 23 October to 23 November 2025 across various indoor and outdoor venues in Tokyo, including Minato, Shibuya, Setagaya, Meguro, and Shinjuku wards.

 

Under the theme “Reframing Realities,” the festival will showcase over 250 works by 14 European artists, displayed in diverse settings such as construction site fences, cafés, and galleries, transforming everyday urban spaces into places of artistic encounter.

Venue: Various indoor and outdoor locations across Tokyo (including Minato-ku, Shibuya-ku, Setagaya-ku, Meguro-ku and more)
