Lecture by JST on Moonshot R&D Program and new approach for COVID-19

During the first presentation, a “MILLENNIA Program”, was introduced which has been designed to support the creation of new Moonshot Goals aimed at tackling the challenges of our post-crisis society and economy. During the second presentation, Ms. Imazu introduced “Plan B” that aims to help minimizing the restrictions on people’s activities by utilizing and concentrating knowledge other than medicine, such as engineering, information technology, and nanotechnology.
