The Viet Nam Energy Partnership Group (VEPG), supported by the European Union through the EU – Viet Nam Sustainable Energy Transition Programme (SETP), is seeking a qualified video production and media agency to provide communications and media services for its upcoming high-level meeting, tentatively scheduled for May 2025.

Under the supervision of the VEPG Secretariat and the SETP Communications and Visibility Officer, the selected service provider will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications plan for the 2025 VEPG High-Level Meeting, including the production of all related communication materials.

Expected deliverables:

• Key visual design for the event;
• Production of high-quality videos;
• Media outreach and engagement.

Eligibility criteria:

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in graphic design, communications material development, and public relations for events involving government agencies and international partners.
• A proven portfolio showcasing similar work;
• Experience in delivering communications products for events in the energy sector is highly preferred.

Submission Deadline: 10 April 2025, 17:00 (Vietnam time)
