Survey: How European Investment Contributes to Industrialisation and Development in Mozambique

The Delegation of the European Union has launched a survey among the European private sector in Mozambique to map European companies' presence and their contribution to the Mozambican economy.

This survey serves to map European companies' presence, to give a more accurate picture of the size of EU investment in Mozambique and to gather information on the main constraints that can become barriers to potential investment.

All companies and potential investors in Mozambique originating from EU Member States can participate by completing the 5-minute online survey by 30 September 2023.

The information gathered through this survey will provide the Delegation and all embassies of the EU Member States with necessary information to better tailor their dialogue with Mozambican authorities on the investment climate, and to prepare for the 1st high-level EU-Mozambique Global Gateway Investment Forum, to take place on 22-23 November 2023.

All companies in Mozambique, which originate from EU Member States, potential investors, as well as companies importing from the EU and/or exporting to the EU, can participate by filling in the online survey by 30 September 2023: https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/EUinvestmentMozambique

All replies are confidential and protected by EU’s Data Protection Law. They will be presented in aggregated form (as a whole, not mentioning individual companies) and will not be shared with third parties.

Please feel free to contact Ms Ines Escudero (Ines.ESCUDERO@ec.europa.eu), who implements this project on behalf of the EU Delegation in Mozambique, if you need further information or would like to add input not covered by the survey.
