New Guidelines for the Tourist Card to enter Suriname
In addition, the Tourist Cards are available at all embassies and consulates of Suriname located in: Georgetown (Guyana); The Hague and Amsterdam (the Netherlands); Belem and Brasilia (Brazil); Jakarta (Indonesia); New Delhi (India); Curacao; Brussels (Belgium); Paris (France), Cayenne and St. Laurent (French Guiana); Miami and Washington (United States of America); and Beijing (China).
The Tourist Card can only be used for 1 (one) single entry trip. The Tourist Card is a separate entry-permit. A passport up to 6 months validity, as well as a valid return or onward ticket to the country of residence or any further destination are required to obtain a Tourist Card.
Please note: the Tourist Card is exclusively intended for tourist purposes.
Citizens of the following countries (holders of national passports) are eligible for obtaining a Tourist card:

As of February 5th, 2018, eligible tourists can also obtain the Tourist Card from the CANAWAIMA Management Company N.V (ferry service Suriname-Guyana vice versa) at South Drain, Nickerie.
