Rwanda: EU Country roadmap for engagement with civil society

EU Civil Society Roadmaps have been developed worldwide to identify long term objectives of EU cooperation with CSOs in third countries. Prepared in cooperation with civil society organisations and member states, they improve the impact, predictability, visibility and consistency between EU dialogue, various policy sectors and operational support.
