ERA adoption is extremely positive, said Apostolova.

"The European Reform Agenda is a very useful tool which was created by our institutions in order to concentrate the efforts which on the Kosovo side should be made for the smooth, easy and practical implementation of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement".

In regard to the ratification of the Agreement on border demarcation with Montenegro, Ms. Apostolova reiterated that it remains a condition for visa liberalisation. According to her there is a good track record on fighting corruption.

Commenting on the dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade, Apostolova said that a lot has been achieved. "I can understand the impatience of some institutions and some leaders here because they want to see the changes over night. I want to reiterate that the peace is set by both sides. The EU cannot impose what should be done; the EU can only facilitate the compromise between the two sides", said Apostolova.
