The European Union (EU) is an economic and political partnership between 28 European countries. It plays an important role in international affairs through diplomacy, trade, development aid and working with global organisations. Abroad, the EU is represented through more than 140 diplomatic representations, known also as EU Delegations, which have a similar function to those of an embassy.

The EU Delegation to Libya is currently running a €100 million program in Libya to address some of the most pressing needs. Activity includes support in the fields of: Reconciliation, elections and the constitutional process, Protection of human rights and women's empowerment, Security and justice, Border management and security (EUBAM), Migration, Public administration reform, Health , Education, vocational training and culture, Media and civil society.

We offer

We offer a post of   Policy officer to support the activities of the Head of Political section.

The EU delegation's size is +/- 25 people (gender balanced team). The place of employment is Tunis. The post is within Groupe 1 and the starting basic monthly gross salary is 3.560 TND.

We look for

A holder of university degree with at least 3 years' of relevant experience.
