EU Public Diplomacy Action in South Korea

The European Union, represented by the European Commission, with financial assistance from the Partnership Instrument programme of the European Union, intends to award a service contract to carry out Public Diplomacy activities to enhance the European Union's visibility and understanding in the Republic of Korea (ROK), and to stimulate ROK's interest in cooperating with the EU on bilateral, regional and global issues, by engaging inter alia, with the general public and civil society organisations, as well as government policy makers and opinion leaders.
