On 30 July 2025, the Delegation of the European Union to Malaysia hosted “Jom rEUnion: EU Alumni Networking Event”, where long-standing friendships were rekindled and new connections blossomed during the engaging and memorable evening, which brought together over 100 alumni and partners to celebrate shared achievements, rekindle connections, and explore future collaboration.

To mark Europe Day this year, the EU Delegation to Malaysia organised a series of targeted engagements aimed at celebrating EU values and strengthening outreach across a wide range of stakeholders.

From 10 to 11 July, HRVP Kaja Kallas was in Kuala Lumpur for a bilateral visit to Malaysia and to participate in the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) Ministerial Meeting.
