Media Advisory: HR/VP Kallas travels to Switzerland

High Representative/Vice-President (HR/VP), Kaja Kallas, will be in Switzerland on 5 March. HR/VP Kallas will deliver a Churchill lecture at the University of Zurich. She will also meet with the Vice-President of Switzerland, Ignazio Cassis, and Federal Councillor Martin Pfister, to discuss the bilateral cooperation between the European Union and Switzerland on security and defence, as well as current international developments.

Together with Vice-President Cassis, the HR/VP will sign a Joint Declaration on strengthened cooperation on foreign and security policy between Switzerland and the European Union at +/-19 (CET). The ceremony will be transmitted live on EBS.
