The European External Action Service (‘the lead contracting authority’) and the following contracting authorities: European Border and Coast Guard Agency (FRONTEX), European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA), European Commission (EC), Council of the European Union, European Committee of the Regions (CoR), European Court of Auditors (ECA), European Parliament (EP), European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (EUROPOL), European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), European Training Foundation (ETF), European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EUDA) (collectively, ‘the contracting authority’), has launched a call for tender for the procurement of HEAT training services.
