Each EU Member State has a Focal Point for election observation related matters, either within their own Ministry of Foreign Affairs or in a related external agency.
Norway, Switzerland and Canada have special arrangements with the EU to send observers to EU EOMs and are therefore also listed with their respective Focal Points for election observation.
