The Delegation of the European Union to Botswana and SADC is organizing a reception to mark Europe Day 2025. Europe Day commemorates the Schuman Declaration in May 1950, which led to the founding of the European Union. It has also become an annual celebration of European unity as well as European way of life. In Botswana, this celebration brings together around Batswana and European dignitaries, media, the business community, and international partners.
