• Interested bidders should call the EU Delegation at +971 50 621 4848 to pre-register for viewing.
• Bids are accepted exclusively by using the official Bid Form Bid request form. Any other form of bid will be rejected.
• Bid forms have to be duly filled in, signed and be placed in a sealed envelope if sent in paper cop, or duly filled in, signed and sent electronically to the dedicated functional mailbox delegation-united-arab-emirates-hoa@eeas.europa.eu
• Bids that are not duly completed with all information as requested will not be accepted.
• Bids will be accepted in AED only and have to be submitted to the EU Delegation at the EUD premises – Etihad Towers, Tower 3, 15^th Floor, if submitted in paper copy or to the dedicated functional mailbox if sent electronically.
• Deadline for submission of bids is Thursday 30 September 2023 at 16h00.

A designated Auction Committee will open all offers received within the deadline. Late offers will be rejected. The vehicle will be awarded to the highest bid.
