E-Governance Academy (Estonia), within the framework of the DT4UA project funded by the European Union, announces a tender for the procurement of services for the creation of the Unified Information Interaction System of the Security Service of Ukraine (UIS SSU).

Project objective: To ensure electronic information interaction of the Security Service of Ukraine with various state authorities, local governments, business entities, international and foreign organisations.

The main tasks of the UIS SSU:

• Electronic exchange of information between the SSU and system participants to protect state sovereignty and the constitutional order of Ukraine.
• Ensuring access to state information resources with appropriate restrictions established by law.
• Searching for factual data to stop illegal acts and ensure criminal proceedings.
• Integration of the SSU information systems with other state information systems.

Project implementation includes:

• Development and deployment of the SSU UIS as a full-fledged system with the implementation of the functionality in the scope defined by the technical requirements.
• Creation of tools for the exchange of information between the systems of the participants of the interaction connected to the system of electronic interaction of state information resources (SEVDEIR).

Tender proposals are accepted until 13.00, 28 August 2024.
