As part of the “EU for All in Montenegro (EU4ALL)” project, the first call for project proposals has been announced, making a total of €900,000 in grant funding available to Montenegrin municipalities. Initiatives and projects related to the improvement of public infrastructure, as well as services at the local level, may receive non-repayable funding ranging from €30,000 to €60,000 per project.
Through this programme, all local self-government units are eligible to participate and may submit projects in line with their development priorities.
The EU4ALL project is co-financed by the European Union and implemented by NALAS in partnership with the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro, with the aim of strengthening municipal capacities for the effective use of EU funds and enhancing local development.
