The Council of Europe is implementing the Roma Integration III Joint Programme of the European Union and the Council of Europe, aimed at strengthening the capacities of governments in the Western Balkans and Türkiye to effectively address the multifaceted challenges faced by the Roma community through the implementation of comprehensive public policies. In that context, it is looking for a national Provider to offer direct support to 50 Roma individuals/families in the process of housing and land legalisation in Montenegro.
