ECHO Jakarta

The European Union (EU) as a whole – European Commission (EC) and the EU Member States – is the world's largest source of humanitarian aid, providing more than 50% of humanitarian aid worldwide. Almost half of this aid is managed by the EC's Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection department (ECHO).

The ECHO Field Office in Indonesia – set up in February 1999 – was closed in June 2014. Humanitarian aid for and/or linked to Indonesia is now managed by the ECHO Regional Support Office in Bangkok. Please contact: echo.bangkok@echofield.eu.
