Strengthening political decentralization and territorial development with equity
Contribute to the strengthening of political decentralization and sustainable economic development in Uruguay with territorial equity.

Goals:
- To generate knowledge and specific information that provides feedback on the decentralization process and the institutional capacities of local governments in Uruguay.
- To promote dialogue and political and social debate on issues related to decentralization, the management of local governments and local economic development.
- To implement territorial projects with a focus on territorial economic development, with sustainability criteria and a gender perspective.
Main components:
- Creation of an Institute of Studies and Training in the orbit of the Congress of Mayors.
- Support for dialogue for decentralization and the transition of departmental governments and municipal authorities.
- Calling the municipalities of the country to carry out projects of 26,000 euros each with a focus on productive economic development, with sustainability criteria and a gender perspective.

Goals:
- To set up a permanent monitoring system of the application of the Convention on the Rights of the Child applied.
- To strengthen the exchange, monitoring and advocacy capacities of organized civil society in the interior of the country, at the local and national levels.
- To help Uruguayan adolescents with leading participation to promote the full exercise of Article 12 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
Main components:
- Creation and strengthening of capacities for the promotion and defence of the rights of children and adolescents in Uruguay by its protagonists.
- Creation of the Observatory for Boys, Girls and Adolescents.
- Preparation of a diagnostic report on the general situation of the Rights of children and adolescents.
- Increased knowledge of Rights among decision makers.

- Creation of a space for dialogue for political advocacy between civil society organizations and state institutions.
- Generation of socio-educational and socio-labor actions whose objective is to generate significant practices for the generation of public policies.
- Generation of awareness campaigns on the mechanisms of oppression that affect populations and violate their rights.
- Research based on quantitative data to generate recommendations for public policy.
Uruguay looks at human trafficking
Social project aimed at knowing and giving visibility to the problem of Human Trafficking in Uruguay.

Goals:
- To promote the implementation of public policies that reduce situations of human trafficking in Uruguay.
- To contribute to the knowledge of the production and reproduction of human trafficking, especially women for labor and sexual purposes, incorporating the sexual exploitation of girls, boys and adolescents.
- To strengthen local and national capacities to prevent situations of trafficking.
- To improve knowledge and communicational dissemination on the issues of trafficking and sexual exploitation.
Main components:
- Contribute to the design, collection of information and primary preparation of investigations: trafficking in women for the purpose of sexual exploitation, situation of children and adolescents in situations of commercial sexual exploitation, research on exploratory trafficking for the purpose of labor exploitation.
- Make visible the trafficking of women, men, children and adolescents in our country.

Promote, from the social and solidarity economy, strategies and actions for the promotion of the socio-economic and cultural rights of women.

- Generation of information through a diagnosis of the situation of Women in relation to their rights.
- Design of strategies and actions for the incorporation of the gender approach in corporate management.
- Installation and start-up of a national cooperative network / commission for the purpose of monitoring and raising awareness in the territories where cooperatives operate.
