After one gap year, the European Music Festival is coming back to offer Vietnamese audience enchanting concerts. This year's festival will take place from 18 to 30 November at the Youth Theatre in Hanoi and the Conservatory of Music in Ho Chi Minh city.
In this 17th edition of the festival, talented artists from Austria, Belgium (Wallonia-Brussels), France, Germany, Hungary, Italy and the Netherlands will perform in 12 concerts in both cities. Audiences are offered the prospect of experiencing varied genres of music, including melodious and delicate tunes of classic music; improvising and engaging jazz melodies, authentic folk music, exciting pop songs as well as mesmerizing voices.
This annual event is organized by the Delegation of the European to Vietnam, the EU Member State embassies and European Cultural Centers in Vietnam. The festival aims to showcase the richness and diversity of European culture as well as to promote cultural exchange between the two sides.
