The Delegation of the European Union to New Zealand invites applications to join a small, friendly team in the role of Administrative Assistant. The role involves assistance with administrative and financial management for the Delegation, implementation of the administrative budget according to EU financial regulations, operation of office and official residence, implementation of other relevant rules & procedures across all aspects of the organisation and managing calls for tender.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, procurement and HR matters. Knowledge and experience in accounting and accounting matters will be considered an asset as will knowledge and experience of local legislation with regard to social security, insurances and tax.
