The Twinning Project “Strengthening Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) measures in Azerbaijan” is a joint project between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Latvia and Lithuania, represented by the Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Plant Protection Service of the Republic of Latvia.
