The Delegation of the European Union to the Federal republic of Nigeria and ECOWAS will  launch a call for tenders using a (very) low and middle value :negotiated procedure for :

1. Mineral felt replacemnet on two duplexes' flat roof and;
2. Renovation of one number four bedroom duplex that will include capillary rise stoppage.
