The contracting authority plans to conclude a framework contract for the reinstatement works of the premises of the Delegation of the European Union in Kuala Lumpur, in accordance with the specifications set out in the procurement documents.

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The contractor must provide the human and material resources necessary to provide the services in the non-exhaustive list below:

•  
• Reinstatement works of EUDEL premises – 10th and 21st floor into its initial state
• Liaise with property management for all legal, contractual, organizational works, access, and permits
• Floor/walls protection, Health & Safety equipment, insurance and staff gear protection
• Transport, delivery and setting-up services if required
