High Representative/Vice-President Federica Mogherini on Friday stressed how unity, responsibility and pragmatism from the entire society in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia had been key in achieving reform results, and encouraged the country to continue working with the same resolve.

The eighth meeting of the Accession Conference with Serbia at Ministerial level was held today in Luxembourg to open negotiations on Chapter 13 - Fisheries and Chapter 33 - Financial and budgetary provisions.
1. The EU-Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Council (SA Council) held its ninth meeting on 25 June 2018. The meeting was chaired by Ms Ekaterina ZAHARIEVA, Foreign Minister of Bulgaria, on behalf of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini. Mr Johannes HAHN, Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, represented the European Commission.
