Incubation to Entrepreneurship Project

Majority (79%) of households in the Brong Ahafo Region are engaged in agricultural activities. However, youth unemployment and migration remain high. The need to create employment for women and youth is critical and a priority of the Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs). However, women and youth entrepreneurs face several challenges including; limited access to business information, lack of knowledge and skills, access to finance, challenge of legal framework, business registration, and lack of markets for their products and services.


The Incubation to Entrepreneurship project seeks to create an entrepreneurial ecosystem that will create an entrepreneurial drive and aptitude, stimulate job creation and strengthen business support systems for establishment of economically viable micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
