EU project positions

The EU-funded technical assistance project “Improvement of legislation, control and awareness in food safety, animal health and welfare in Ukraine” (EU4SAFERFOOD),  implemented by the Spanish QI consortium, is seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic and reform-oriented Ukrainian junior lawyers who would like to join our team of junior lawyers.

  • First degree in Law, or equivalent diploma (essential);
  • Minimum 3 years of experience of preparing Ukrainian legislation (essential);
  • Experience in the preparation of Ukrainian SPS (animal health, food safety, phytosanitary) legislation would be an advantage;
  • Well-developed and proven presentation and communication skills (essential);
  • Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian and English languages (essential);
  • Knowledge of specific SPS terminology in Ukrainian and English languages would be an advantage;
  • No other engagement that may negatively impact on ability or availability to undertake project activities (essential).
