Only Ukrainian nationals are eligible to apply. According to the EBRD rules, civil servants are not eligible to apply unless six months have elapsed since they left the civil service.
About the Reform Support Team
The Reform Support Team (RST) at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (MOES) has been providing targeted technical support and assisting the Ministry in the design and implementation of priority reforms since June 2019. RST supports the implementation of reforms of Vocational Education and Training (VET), the New Ukrainian School (NUS) and the Public Administration Reform (PAR). The RST is a group of Ukrainian professionals (non-civil servants) funded on a temporary basis by the donors within the framework of the Ukraine Reforms Architecture programme (URA). URA is a comprehensive technical assistance programme deployed by the EBRD, in partnership with the European Union, to support critical reform processes in Ukraine. It is financed from the Ukraine Stabilisation and Sustainable Growth Multi-Donor Account managed by the EBRD. Contributors to the MDA are Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union, the largest donor.
