Web-Briefing on the EU White paper on AI – Artificial Intelligence made in Europe

In February, the European Commission unveiled a White Paper on Artificial Intelligence (AI) which aims to foster a European ecosystem of excellence and trust in AI. The White Paper proposes measures that will streamline research, foster collaboration between Member States, and increase investment into AI development & deployment and suggests policy options for a future EU regulatory framework which are subject to an ongoing public consultation.

Europe has all it needs to become a world leader in AI systems that can be safely used and applied: The briefing will discuss Europe's framework for trustworthy Artificial Intelligence, including progress of work on the White Paper, next steps, and international aspects of the EU's work on AI.
