The European Commission has today adopted a €60.4 million stabilisation package to support Iraq after the liberation of areas held by Da'esh, with the country still facing humanitarian, security, stabilisation and reconciliation challenges. This new funding comes in addition to EU humanitarian aid in the country and other forms of financial assistance that now total €608.4 million since the beginning of the crisis.
La Séptima edición del Diálogo de Alto Nivel México-Unión Europea sobre Derechos Humanos se celebró el 10 y 11 de octubre de 2017. Por parte de México, el Diálogo estuvo presidido por el Embajador Miguel Ruiz Cabañas, Subsecretario para Asuntos Multilaterales y Derechos Humanos de la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores, acompañado por el Subsecretario de Derechos Humanos de la Secretaría de Gobernación, Roberto Campa, y de la Subprocuradora para Derechos Humanos, Prevención del Delito y Servicios a la Comunidad, Sara Irene Herrerías Guerra.
