Statement by the Spokesperson on the murder of activists in Bangladesh
 
Yesterday two Bangladeshi LGBTI activists were brutally murdered in a horrifying attack in Dhaka, which also left a policeman and a security guard injured.
 
With the killings of a law student on 6 April and of an English language professor on 23 April, this is already the third violent attack in Bangladesh in less than a month.  
 
We express our deepest condolences to the families of the victims and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.

"Serbia held elections at national, provincial and local levels on 24 April in a calm atmosphere.

At Serbia's invitation international electoral observers are monitoring the elections and their assessment and recommendations presented today are an important guidance for Serbia, also in the context of its path to the European Union.
