Launch of EU-funded programme: Innovating Jogja

A new programme called Innovating Jogja was launched in Yogyakarta on 19 July 2016, aiming to foster innovation activities through the engagement of a wide range of stakeholders. The initiative is supported by the Indonesian Ministry of Industry, BNI Bank, universities and business in Yogyakarta, as well as the European Union.

High Representative Federica Mogherini and Kuwaiti Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Khalid Al-Jarallah today signed a Cooperation Arrangement between the European External Action Service (EEAS) and the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which aims to increase the number of exchanges between officials and promote regular political dialogue and concrete cooperation initiatives.
