As the world continues to fight the COVID-19 pandemic, the main task for everyone is to save lives and contain and mitigate this pandemic. The European Union continues to support the WHO in this regard and has already provided additional funding.

We deeply regret the US decision to end the three waivers covering key JCPOA nuclear projects in Iran, including the Arak Modernisation Project. These projects, endorsed by UN Security Council resolution 2231, serve the non-proliferation interests of all and provide the international community with assurances of the exclusively peaceful and safe nature of Iranian nuclear activities.

We are consulting with our partners to assess the consequences of this decision by the United States.

In 2019, the EEAS invited the artist Rikardo Druškić from Bosnia and Herzegovina to create an EU-Western Balkans mural in central Brussels. Inspired by this, a call was launched in Montenegro for murals to be painted on the same theme. Now these have been unveiled in three cities across the country.

-A pocos días de empezar el 22º Festival de Cine Europeo, se agotaron las inscripciones para ver las películas en su primera versión online. Aún quedan cupos para los talleres y charlas.
-Desde el 1 al 18 de junio los inscritos podrán acceder gratuitamente a todas las películas en sus distintos géneros, como comedia, documental, drama e infantil.
-El Festival incluirá charlas en línea de expertos nacionales, sobre temas como la animación, efectos especiales, cine LGBT, coproducciones de bajo presupuestos, el uso de obras intelectuales ajenas, entre otros.
-El director del documental Push -aclamado en todo el mundo- y que estará disponible en el Festival, realizará una conversación sobre la gentrificación y sobre la crisis global de las viviendas.

The coronavirus pandemic affects everyone and every aspect of our lives. But not uniformly. It increases existing inequalities around the world. Those already in vulnerable situations are hit harder, including women and girls.
