The National University of Lesotho, with technical and financial support from the Africa-EU Renewable Energy Cooperation Programme (RECP), has added a Master of Science (MSc) in Sustainable Energy to its curriculum. The programme will start in August 2018. During this two-year course, students will learn how to develop sustainable energy systems that meet the needs of the public and private sector. It will also prepare students to enter the renewable energy job market.

On the occasion of the International Holocaust Remembrance Day, the European Union Delegation to the UN, the Swiss Foreign Ministry and the Anne Frank House brought the exhibition "Let Me Be Myself – The Life Story of Anne Frank" to the UN Palais des Nations. The opening of the exhibition took place on Monday, January 29.
