The Somali education authorities with financial support from the European Union have this week administered the end of secondary school examinations to 33,000 students marking unprecedented subscription to standardized and centralized country-wide examinations. An additional 26,000 pupils also sat for the end of primary school examinations same week. This high turn up for a government sanctioned examinations by Somali pupils and students signals a positive step towards restoration of a government controlled and regulated education services.

Thank you very much, Mr President. It is for me indeed a pleasure to come back to Warsaw. Poland was the first Member State I visited after I took office in November 2014. And it is very important for me to pay this visit just a month before the NATO summit, to prepare for that, to exchange views on the preparations on the political level of the NATO Summit.
On 1 June 2016 India announced its subscription to the Hague Code of Conduct against Ballistic Missile Proliferation (HCoC). This step will contribute to enhancing transparency and security among States in South Asia and beyond. All States which have not yet subscribed to the Code of Conduct, in particular those possessing space launch vehicles and ballistic missile capabilities, should follow this example.
