The project aims to enhance approximation of the migration and border management in Armenia to European standards of governance, in order to increase security, facilitate trade, and support the possible visa liberalization dialogue between the European Union and Armenia.

The project aims to foster local development in Armenia by maximizing the positive social and economic impact of migration.

The project aims to reduce the social vulnerability of labour migrants' families and communities in four target regions through the provision of tailored social services and best use of migrants’ resources (financial and intellectual) in the development of their communities of origin/return.

This project will improve the border crossing conditions at three locations (i.e. Bagratashen, Bavra and Gogavan) along the border Armenian-Georgian border.

The project aims at establishing an electronic (e-) penitentiary system which will include modernising the business registers of Legal Entities and the e-notary system and integrating these with the overall e-governance infrastructure of Armenia and conducting training on the operation of these e-government systems.

This project will establish an online ''Government to Citizens'' (G2C) electronic hot line for the Ministry of Justice to enable transparent and efficient collection, processing and publication of complaints and involvement of civil society and establish an electronic system between the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Health to enable electronic issuing of medical certificates during registration of civil status act.
