The European Union, GIZ and FAO sign an agreement to implement an agriculture and forestry project in Mongolia


The ACP-EU partnership is one of the oldest and most comprehensive frameworks for cooperation between the EU and partner countries. It unites over 1.5 billion people stretched over four continents. More specifically, the partnership connects the EU with 79 countries in Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific.

Today's initialling of the new Partnership Agreement between the European Union and members of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS, formerly known as the ACP Group of States) by the chief negotiators, International Partnerships Commissioner Jutta Urpilainen, and Togo's Foreign Minister Robert Dussey, marks the formal conclusion of the negotiations of the Post-Cotonou Agreement, setting the political, economic and sectorial cooperation framework for the next twenty years.

Saaid Amzazi, Ministre l’Éducation Nationale, de la Formation Professionnelle, de l’Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche Scientifique, s’est entretenu, jeudi 15 avril 2021 à Rabat, avec Mme Claudia Wiedey, Ambassadrice de l’Union européenne à Rabat, afin de renforcer et de donner une impulsion nouvelle à la coopération bilatérale entre le Royaume du Maroc et l’Union européenne en particulier en matière de recherche scientifique.
