Ladies and gentlemen,

 

Thank you. My thanks, in particular, to the Monetary Authority of Singapore for hosting this conference and the first meeting of the EU-Asia Pacific Forum – the first of a steady series, I hope.

The European External Action Service (EEAS), represented by the Head of the Delegation to Australia, is planning to award the service contract referred to above.

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) hosted regulators from the European Union (EU) and the Asia-Pacific Region at the inaugural EU-Asia-Pacific Forum on Financial Regulation (Forum) for the first time on 14 October 2016

The European Union has welcomed the agreement reached in Kigali, Rwanda, on a global phase-down of climate-warming hydrofluorocarbon gases (HFCs). These manmade substances which are used mainly in refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment, have a global warming effect up to 15,000 times greater than carbon dioxide and are the fastest growing source of greenhouse gas emissions.

ALMATY – Today,October 17, 2016 ‘Information Day’ of the Erasmus+ Programmehas started its work at the Kazakh National Agrarian University (KazNAU). The event is jointly organized by the National Erasmus + Office (NEO) in Kazakhstan with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency of the European Commission (EACEA).
