During our four- to five-day programs, study tour participants are briefed on European Union institutions, including the European External Action Service (EEAS), European Commission, European Parliament, and Council of the EU, as well as the EU’s decision-making procedures. Senior officials from EU institutions and Brussels-based U.S. diplomats meet with participants to discuss current issues on the transatlantic agenda.

On September 5, 2017, the German-Ukrainian Fund (GUF) and ProCredit Bank signed a loan agreement for the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The agreement was signed under the SME Promotion Program funded by the German Government through KfW and in cooperation with the European Union's EU4Business initiative. The agreement provides lending for SME at 15% per annum in UAH.
