EU today pledged 300M euro to support reconstruction in the Caribbean following devastation by Hurricanes Irma & Maria, at the High Level UN Donor Conference for the Caribbean

The EU has provided the Caribbean Development Bank with a grant of 12M euro for the development of up to 60MW of geothermal energy in five Caribbean countries – Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts/Nevis, St Lucia & St. Vincent/Grenadines.
