The overall aim of PDTs is to address the dilemma of the short time experts spend in theatre coupled with time needed to become operational. Keeping track of the developments within CSDP since the adoption of the 'EU Global Strategy' becomes more and more challenging as the pace of innovation increases, thus reinforcing the need to attend PDTs so as to be able to successfully contribute to the implementation of the mission mandate.

Air concerns us all – we all breathe it.

 

Pollution has a direct impact on our daily lives: kids cannot go to schools or kindergartens. Neither can they do excursions or sports.

Ultimately, bad air kills us all as it is proven that it causes several illnesses and it shortens our lives.

Working with the UN and African Union, more migrants stranded in Libya were supported in the first two months of 2018 than throughout 2017, while the fight against trafficking in human beings continues.
