The scar, the indelible scar that the Shoah has left across Europe, is and must forever be seared into our collective memory. As Eli Wiesel said, “to forget a Holocaust is to kill twice.”

As time passes, we share a responsibility to remember the Shoah, to mourn its victims, to keep supporting the tireless engagement of the survivors in keeping  the memory alive.


La cicatrice, indélébile, que la Shoah a laissée dans toute l'Europe, est et doit rester à jamais gravée dans notre mémoire collective. Comme l'a dit Elie Wiesel, "oublier un holocauste, c'est tuer deux fois".
À mesure que le temps passe, nous nous devons tous de garder le souvenir de la Shoah, de pleurer les victimes et de continuer à soutenir les survivants dans leur volonté sans faille d'en perpétuer la mémoire.
