The European Union Training Mission in Central African Republic (EUTM RCA) was launched on 16 July 2016, in a ceremony that took place in Bangui “la coquette”, the capital of Central African Republic.
We, Heads of State and Government from ASEM partner countries, the President of the European Council, the President of the European Commission and the Secretary-General of ASEAN gathered in Ulaanbaatar on 15-16 July 2016 for the 11th ASEM Summit to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of ASEM under the theme of “20 Years of ASEM: Partnership for the Future through Connectivity” and to chart the future course of ASEM into its third decade.
Holding a referendum on the state judiciary in Republika Srpska would challenge the cohesion, sovereignty and integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to which the leaders of all the political parties represented in the BiH Parliament, including entity President Dodik, committed themselves in February 2015. Holding a referendum also risks undermining closer integration with the EU, to which all political leaders have also said they are committed.
La tenue d'un référendum sur l'appareil judiciaire en Republika Srpska mettrait à mal la cohésion, la souveraineté et l'intégrité de la Bosnie-Herzégovine, auxquelles les responsables de tous les partis politiques représentés au Parlement de la Bosnie-Herzégovine, y compris le président Dodik, ont déclaré être attachés en février 2015.
