We talked and we will talk about migration, but let me start with something that today gives us a smile at least.  Finally.

The agreement in Skhirat, the Libyan political agreement was just signed. That is good news. So let me start with that which is also linked to migration, to counter-terrorism, with all the things we have on the agenda.

The provisional agreement on victims-related issues unveiled yesterday in Havana brings Colombia one important step closer to peace.

Victims are now at the centre of a peace process. Together with truth and justice, the agreement includes the principles of reparation and non-repetition. These are essential to build a lasting peace in Colombia.

Nigeria is once again the target of violence. Over the last days, clashes in the northern city of Zaria have left more than 60 victims and many wounded. Our thoughts and condolences go to those who lost loved ones.

We expect all local religious, political and community leaders to exercise restraint and respect human rights. We look forward to a thorough investigation by the Nigerian authorities of the incident to be urgently launched in order to identify those responsible and bring them to justice.
